Back in March this year we carried out a survey measuring attitudes towards online privacy, we made some interesting discoveries. 82% of people feel their privacy is not respected online, the majority of whom use the internet many times a day. We also discovered that people were less likely to buy from brands who had been in the press for violating customer privacy and that websites do not do enough to educate them about online privacy.
